  • How can I track my shipment? 

Once we ship out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number from us for SF Express carrier. By going on SF Express' website, following this link ( https://www.aftership.com/en/courier/sf-express ), you will be able to follow your order.

If you have not received your order and it is marked as 'delivered' on the SF Express site, please contact us by filling out a contact form, make sure to include your order number and other relevant information.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, hooray! It's a go!

We offer worldwide shipping. If there by chance doesn't happen to be a shipping option to your country, we will let you know and contact you and we will update that for you right away. 

 

  • How much is shipping to my country?

On RETROPIXL, we take care of the shipping costs!

So you can focus only on finding the products you want, without worrying about expensive shipping costs like on other websites.

 

  • How quickly will my order ship out?

Our processing time is usually 3 business days from the time you place your order. We ship SF Express, 5-10 business days.

Delivery times may slightly vary depending on your location, but we will always let you know about the lead time when we receive your order.  

 

  • What is the voltage for the products sold on RETROPIXL?

Safety is one of our main priorities.

The products sold on RETROPIXL are all JAPANESE version, unless specified otherwise on the product page description.

That means the voltage is 110V.

If your country uses a different voltage, please make sure you are using a transformer before using/plugging the systems.

All our products are in working condition, and RETROPIXL cannot be held responsible for any high/low voltage issue due to our customers' mistakes.

 

  • What is the "Rating System" on RETROPIXL?

Part of the concept of RETROPIXL, is not only to provide you with retrogaming video games and consoles. It is also to offer the best quality possible.

As collectors, we understand that some of you might want video game consoles and games in pristine condition, if not new. This is why we created a very simple RATING SYSTEM for each product present on RETROPIXL.

A: The product is NEW. Pretty simple.

B: The box and product are like new. You can consider this category, MINT.

C: The product and box are in very good  condition, with very very few marks.

RETROPIXL can help looking for a product for you.
